Winter might be coming faster than in Westeros but that’s no reason to feel blue. Shake off the cold this winter and remember times of sun and warmth with our signature cocktails:

mojitooch

Mojitooch

  • 50ml White Rum (used spiced Rum for a little extra tingle)
  • 7 Mint Leaves
  • 2 Lime Wedges
  • Over crushed ice
  • Hooch Lemon Brew

Muddle the limes in the bottom of a high ball glass, then and add the mint followed by the rum. Fill 3/4 full with crushed ice and to the same level with Hooch. Give it a good churn (aggressive stir to you and me) and top back up with ice. Pop a straw in and enjoy!

hoolahoy

Hoola Ahoy

  • 25ml Captain Morgan’s White Rum
  • 25ml Malibu
  • Over crushed ice
  • Hoola Hooch

Add the Rum and Malibu to a high ball glass with a little ice and stir. Then fill 2/3 full with crushed ice followed by Hoola Hooch all the way to the top. Give it a good stir, add anything tropical-looking you can find as garnish and pretend you’re on a beach (and we don’t mean in Bognor!).
